The NFL’s “Catch me if you can” jerseys have sold out and they’re starting to look a lot like those from the NFL’s previous incarnation, which had the same “C” logo as the current jerseys.
A source close to the jerseys told NFL.com that the foil tops have sold for $200 each.
The jersey tops are still being sold on eBay and are currently listed for $130 apiece, but that price includes the cost of the foil t-shirt.
The jerseys were designed in the late 1990s by former NFL defensive back and now Nike endorser Chris Culliver.
The foil jerseys were first introduced in 2001 and became standard for the league in 2002.
In 2013, they were rebranded as the “Cavs,” with a different logo.
The team colors remain the same, with the new logo featuring a lightning bolt and a “C.”
